SHIPPING POLICY

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping standard rates are used based on the weight and size of the package.  These are flat rates already set up on the website.  In the event a customer is overcharged beyond the regular cost of shipping and handling materials a refund will be issued back to them via their original payment method used.  We use USPS standard and priority mail services with signature confirmation required. On occasion UPS services are also used especially for heavier boxes which benefit the customer for cheaper rates. Any express shipping services requested by the customer require advanced payment of those extra fees involved.

 

Merchandise that is in stock will generally ship out within 24 to 48 hours. Items that have to be ordered from a Supplier will take between seven and up to 14 days to mail out.  Embroidery items turnaround time is between 10 and 21 days, this depends on the quantity involved with the order.  Custom and personalized products delivery time is based on the quantity ordered as well as the amount of detailed labor involved with completing the order.  Each project is different and completion time will vary.  This matter will be discussed directly with the customer once the order has been confirmed. Rushed orders may result in a 7 – 10% extra billing cost depending on the services needed.
